FacebookThis Lets You Share Photos on Your iPhone to Facebook Natively [Jailbreak]

Until iOS 6 gets here, there is a jailbreak tweak that allows users to share photos from the Photos app on iOS to Facebook very easily.

As you an see in the video below, you select the photo, tap on the "share button", select Facebook, type a message and done.

The tweak is available for free on the Big Boss repository on Cydia.
