Snapchat for iPhone Gets Visual and Smart Filters, Front-Facing Camera Flash, More

Popular photo sharing app Snapchat has been updated with new photo related features. Among the new features, the app now offers front-facing camera flash (which means the screen will flash when taking a picture with the front facing camera), visual filters, smart filters (temperature, time, etc.) that are displayed on the photo and much more.

Included in the update:

• Visual Filters
• Replay
• Special Text
• Front-Facing Flash
• Up to 7 Best Friends

The visual and smart filters are accessed by sliding to the right or left on the screen after taking a picture.

By default, the new features are disabled. To enable them go into Settings > Additional Services > Manage within the app.
