Foodie iPhone app Foodspotting has been updated to version 4.0. The update allows the app to be used as a "food camera", a set of new features suitable for taking pictures of dishes.
Included in the update:
- Take and compare multiple photos of a dish
- Tap with one finger to adjust and lock focus
- Tap with two fingers to adjust and lock focus and exposure (lighting) independently
- Select multiple photos from the gallery to compare
- Zoom and compare photos to choose the sharpest one
- It also features other bug fixes and enhancements, like logging in with your iPhone's Facebook account (iOS 6)
Foodspotting is available for free as a universal app (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch) in the App Store [iTunes Link].
