Quip is a Modern Word Processor for the iPhone and iPad

A team with former Faceboook CTO Bret Taylor has launch Quip, a modern word processor for the iPhone and iPad. The app allows users to take notes, organize to-do lists and collaborate at the same time, easily, and works offline.

The app features:

• Folders - Share with your family or team
• Checklists - Interactive, shared lists
• Diffs - Every edit is in a document news feed
