Square Register for iOS Now Allows Merchants to Tracks Gift Cards and Checks

Square updated its Register iOS app today, The update allows merchants to record and track payments, including gift cards and checks.

Included in the update:

For iPhone and iPod touch:

  • Record and track all kinds of payments, including checks and gift cards.

For iPad:

  • Reconcile your cash drawer quickly and easily with cash management.
  • Record and track all kinds of payments, including checks and gift cards.
  • Connect a Bluetooth printer to wirelessly print receipts from the portable SM-S220i

Square Register for iOS is available for free as a universal app (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch) in the App Store [iTunes Link].
