Apple Launches iTunes Store in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Other Nine Countries

Apple announced today the launch of the iTunes Store in Asia. Now customers in this region can enjoy over 20 million songs from local and internation artists and also rent or purchase movies, some available in HD, from studios such as 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, The Walt Disney Studios and Warner Bros. Pictures.

iTunes Match, Where Are You? I Think Apple Forgot About You

iTunes Match, where are you? October has come and go and you are nowhere to be seen. Apple, through Eddy Cue, announced on October 4 at the "Let's Talk iPhone" that iTunes Match would be available in the US at the end of October. If you haven't noticed today is November 1 and no iTunes Match available.

Just like ringtones before, Apple has open stores for tones and alerts sounds in iOS 5. We saw it coming when iOS 5 was announced in June at WWDC. If you haven't notice you can now set custom sounds for alerts and sounds just like your were used to in iOS 4.

Apple Launches iTunes Store in 12 European Union Countries

Following rumors from early this week, Apple has opened its iTunes Store contents to more European Union countries.

Users in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia can now download music from the iTunes Store.
