Redsn0w 0.9.11b1 Now Allows Downgrading on 2nd, 3rd Generation iPads and iPhone 4S

Redsn0w 0.9.11b1 has been released and its main feature is that it allows restoring devices to a lower firmware version (downgrading) in newer devices.
