MuscleNerd states that the domain has been sold to ConceitedApps and it is not trusted and can be use for distributing malware.

RedSn0w Beta Update for iOS 5 Brings Tons of New Features

The iPhone Dev Team has released an update to its RedSn0w beta for iOS 5. Version 0.9.9b1 still a tethered jailbreak for iOS 5, which is also in beta. If you happen to have iOS 5 beta running on an iDevice then you could try this version, even though I personally don't recommend any tethered jailbreak.
