The Retina iPad mini became available last night at Apple's online store. It wasn't until now that Apple issued an official press release on the matter. In it Apple says that the iPad mini with Retina Display is available online to ship or for Personal Pickup at Apple retail stores, but it isn't available at it stores for purchase.
